After the sudden death of her mother, Larissa fulfilled her mother's wishes of supporting charities and good causes through her The Year of Giving Generously Project. This project expanded beyond a year and has helped over 26 charities including organic farmers in Laos, a care center in Thailand, a school in Nepal, and many more. With each one, she empowered individuals to expand their own positive impact.
In one sense, The Year of Giving Generously was a way of saying goodbye to her mother but it was also about the new people Larissa met, the good causes she helped support, and how she got to become closer to her mother. Listen to Larissa share her experiences and discovery how:

This is one of my first recordings I did while traveling. We were sitting outside on steps overlooking the sea with the sunset shining on us. Please don't let the sound issues (my learning curve) over shadow Larissa's meaningful insights and earnest feelings.
